The new Technician will report to the Service Manager. You will be working directly with other technicians, service writers, and parts personnel to ensure quality and timely repairs of customers' power sports equipment. Teamwork, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn from other team members is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
-Enter and complete repair orders in a timely and consistent manner
-Develop and execute maintenance schedules for customers
-Willingness to learn and get certified in different brands
-Have access to your own tools
-Winterize and de-winterize ATVs, Scooters, Motorcycles, and Snowmobiles during the spring and fall seasons
-Communicate with customers and team-members regularly as needed
-Diagnose incoming service requests
-Support company initiatives and values
-Relocate equipment and inventory as needed
-Maintain a clean, safe, and effective work environment
-Learn and utilize company computer based management systems
-Other duties as assigned my management
-Contribute to, and embrace, a positive environment for fellow team-members and customers.
Education and Experience
-Experience working on powersports engines and services
-Capable of working in teams or individually
-Degree or certificate in powersports or similar is preferred
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Familiarity working with computer-based management systems
Pay and Benefits
-$18.00 - $35.00 D.O.E
-Paid Vacation after 90 days of service
-Heated and Air conditioned shop
